Your Task:

In alignment with the Strategic Business Area Group we provide the Banking Group with all technological and organizational solutions required to support its business. Moreover, the company assures the quality of service levels and their continuous further development as well as the integrity of data and corporate processes. To strengthen and enhance the Systems Business Support Services department, with particular emphasis on the provision of business solutions on the Murex for our primary customer, the Corporate & Investment Banking division we are looking for a Business Analyst (male/female).

Your main task:

As Business Analysis
  - Identify areas where systems adaptations and development can improve business workflow
  - Enhance current procedures to ensure smooth through-put
  - Liaise between IT and the business to ensure that business requirements are fully understood by     
    IT and implemented in a timely fashion, without business recourse
  - Accountable for successful upgrades of current Front Office systems
  - Manage multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
  - project life cycle management:
    - Discuss the business processes and requirements for new systems/changes with users,         
      developers and IT managers in terms of feasibility, priority, resources and time-scales
    - Answer questions from developers and link if any change to requirements, or change due t        
      to new projects etc.    
    - Follow up formal testing undertaken by the Development support team and pass-on             
      functional specs to testers, answer questions, help write and review test                 
      scriptsProject documentation:
    - Understand and document business processes
    - Work with all parties to document business requirements/functional specification and             
      agree them with users/IT (sign off)
    - Ensure 3rd party documentation is kept up to data

Your Profile:

This is a fast moving environment which requires rapid responses and tight deadlines. The following experience and personal attributes are required:

  - Degree in Economics or Financial Institutions and Markets
  - Good experience in Front-Office-systems
  - Strong understanding of business processes in the FX/MM and Credit area
  - Business application software experienced user
  - English fluent
  - Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  - Proactive and Logical approach to problem solving
  - Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  - Structured & logical thinking
  - Results orientated
  - Excellent analytical skills
